If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us at office@myelovria.com within 60 days of the delivery date and we'll issue a full refund — no forms, no questions.

You do not need to return the product. Once your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us right away at office@myelovria.com if anything arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect — we'll replace it or refund you immediately.

Late or missing refunds: If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or card provider (processing times vary), then contact us at office@myelovria.com and we'll sort it out.
